ERI's corporate office is located in Camarillo, California just off the 101 freeway at the Pleasant Valley/Santa Rosa Rd. exit and is a short and convenient commute to either Point Mugu or Port Hueneme. ERI's East Coast office is located in California, MD, approximately 1 mile from NAS Patuxent River, NAWCAD Patuxent River and NAVAIR headquarters.

Company History

Incorporated by Mr. Marcos Liu in 1994, Evolving Resources, Inc. has continued to grow both in size and capability. ERI has established significant experience providing a full spectrum of support services to a myriad of DoD customers to include; OPNAV, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Center for Asymmetric Warfare (CAW), Naval Service Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), GSA.
